3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide details of the issue, along with clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on your preference.

 
4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

5. Return Shipping
  • If the refund is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other refund requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 
6. Processing Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

 
8. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped.

  • Once the order has shipped, you will need to follow our standard return and refund process.
